1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and loveph ("loveph", "we", "us", "our"), a gaming platform operated under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

By accessing the loveph website located at loveph.cam, creating an account, or using any loveph services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using loveph services and not create an account.

These Terms apply to all users of loveph services, including but not limited to casual browsers, registered players, VIP members, and any other persons accessing or using loveph in any capacity. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions, tournaments, or VIP programs, which will be clearly stated at the time of participation.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use loveph services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and strictly enforced in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Republic Act No. 9287. loveph reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify your age. Failure to provide proof of age upon request will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence. Persons declared legally incompetent, under guardianship, or subject to any legal incapacity are prohibited from using loveph services.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of loveph complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. loveph does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal.
• Single Account Policy: You may maintain only one (1) account with loveph. Creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• Personal Use Only: Your loveph account is for personal, non-commercial, recreational use only. Professional or commercial gambling, use of automated betting systems, or any form of arbitrage betting is strictly prohibited.

loveph reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, utility bills, bank statements, or source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access loveph gaming services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested on the registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred username. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable.

You agree to immediately update your account information if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds. loveph reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information you provide and to request supporting documentation at any time.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your loveph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods. Your obligations include:

• Creating a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service
• Never sharing your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances
• Immediately notifying loveph customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Ensuring you fully log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices
• Enabling and maintaining two-factor authentication if available

You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. loveph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain proper security. However, if you notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

loveph operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations as required by PAGCOR. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any time we deem necessary. Required documents may include valid government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, UMID, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until satisfactory verification documents are provided. loveph commits to processing verification requests within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving complete, legible documentation. All documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

loveph accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on our website, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other methods as we may introduce from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are clearly displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. You agree that all funds deposited into your loveph account are your own, obtained legally, and not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity. loveph reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for deposits that exceed reasonable recreational gaming amounts or appear suspicious.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary by payment method. loveph does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to these Terms, completion of wagering requirements on any active bonuses, and successful account verification. Withdrawal requests are processed according to the timelines published on our website, typically within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and up to seventy-two (72) hours for bank transfers, subject to successful verification.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are clearly stated on the withdrawal page. loveph reserves the right to require that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for deposit, where possible, to prevent money laundering. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, you may be required to provide alternative documentation.

loveph may charge administrative fees for excessive withdrawal requests (more than three withdrawals per week) or for withdrawals below the stated minimum. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before you confirm the withdrawal. Withdrawals that do not meet bonus wagering requirements or are subject to ongoing investigations may be delayed or declined.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gameplay) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. loveph reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of PHP 500 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs. Dormant accounts with a balance below PHP 100 may be closed, and remaining funds forfeited after written notice to your registered email address.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Offers

loveph offers various bonuses, promotions, and special offers from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, tournament prizes, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. It is your responsibility to read and understand the specific terms of any bonus you accept.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place PHP 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawing.

Bonus terms include but are not limited to eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, time limits for completion, and contribution percentages (e.g., slots may contribute 100% toward wagering while table games may contribute 10%). Violation of any bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

loveph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim repeated bonuses, betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or collusion with other players, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and potential account termination.

You may opt out of receiving bonus offers at any time by contacting customer support. Once you opt out, you will not be eligible for future bonuses unless you explicitly opt back in.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

All games offered on the loveph platform are governed by specific game rules, which are available within each game or in our comprehensive game rules section. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before playing. loveph uses certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes for all casino games. Third-party audits of our RNG systems are conducted regularly by accredited testing agencies.

Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from professional studios and are subject to the decisions of the live dealers and floor supervisors. loveph reserves the right to void any game round or transaction in the event of obvious error, technical malfunction, or suspected fraud. In such cases, affected bets will be refunded.

7. Prohibited Activities and Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using loveph services. Engagement in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:

• Money Laundering: Using loveph for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Fraud: Providing false information, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any fraudulent activity
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, or allowing others to use your account
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your financial institution without first attempting to resolve the matter with loveph customer support
• Underage Gaming: Allowing any person under the age of twenty-one (21) to access or use your account
• Jurisdictional Violations: Accessing loveph from a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal
• Hacking or Exploitation: Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit any aspect of loveph systems or software
• Abusive Behavior: Verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behavior toward loveph staff, dealers, or other players
• Intellectual Property Violations: Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of loveph's content, trademarks, or proprietary information

loveph cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities. Any illegal activity detected on our platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and we will provide full cooperation in any investigations.

8. Responsible Gaming

loveph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable individuals from gambling-related harm. We provide multiple tools and resources to help you maintain control over your gaming activity:

If you request permanent self-exclusion, your account will be closed permanently, and remaining funds will be returned to you after bonus forfeitures and any pending investigations are completed.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

loveph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to loveph or its users. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Violation of eligibility requirements (age, jurisdiction, legal capacity)
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or the loveph loyalty program
• Use of prohibited gaming techniques, bots, or unfair advantage methods
• Repeated chargebacks or payment disputes
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward staff or other users

Upon termination, your account will be immediately closed, and you will no longer have access to loveph services. Any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from fraudulent activity) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within thirty (30) calendar days, minus any applicable fees or deductions. loveph reserves the right to withhold funds pending completion of investigations.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closures do not exempt you from any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to closure. loveph may require completion of wagering requirements and account verification before processing final withdrawals from voluntarily closed accounts.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

loveph provides gaming services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, loveph disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

loveph does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on our platform. Technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events may occasionally interrupt service, and loveph will not be liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, loveph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of loveph services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. This limitation applies even if loveph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

loveph's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of loveph services shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the total amount you have deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) PHP 100,000. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, the above exclusions and limitations shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

loveph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes may be made to comply with regulatory requirements, improve clarity, address new services or features, or for any other reason at loveph's sole discretion.

When material changes are made to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where legally required or deemed appropriate, notify you via email or prominent notice on the loveph website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Your continued use of loveph services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must immediately cease using loveph services and may request account closure. Closure requests due to Terms changes will be processed promptly, and any remaining account balance will be returned to you in accordance with our withdrawal procedures.
